Stein & Lubin LLP's Litigators Featured In Legal Publication
Stein & Lubin LLP itigation Practice Group members Dore Griffinger and Ellen Cirangle were featured in a front-page article on the March, 2007 Recorder in connection with their representation of a publicly-traded company in a defamation and market manipulation action against stock analysts and hedge fund. The company prevailed on an anti-SLAPP motion at the trial court and appellate level. The case settled, resulting in both a retraction and a monetary settlement.
