We represent banks, savings and loan associations, finance companies, mortgage funds and private lenders in real estate and commercial finance transactions, including loan originations, restructurings, workouts and enforcement. Our commercial lending practice includes asset-based and unsecured corporate lending in a variety of markets, including middle-market secured loans, credit-enhanced bond transactions and loan participations and syndications. Our real estate lending practice includes acquisition, construction, mezzanine, bridge and permanent financing. We are also experienced in affordable housing loan transactions. We advise our lending clients in loan workout, loan enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings, as described in our Bankruptcy and Workouts practice group description.
