Wende W. Guastamachio is Of Counsel in Stein & Lubin’s Real Estate Practice Group. She specializes in commercial real estate transactions.

Ms. Guastamachio has extensive experience representing owners, developers, tenants and managers in the negotiation and documentation of transactions relating to commercial real property acquisitions, dispositions, development, management and operations, and leasing.  She has particular expertise in shopping center development and leasing transactions involving anchor tenants and big box users. 

Prior to joining Stein & Lubin, Ms. Guastamachio practiced law at the firms of Broad, Schulz, Larson and Wineberg LLP and Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe LLP in San Francisco. She also served as an officer in the real estate law departments of American Stores, Inc. and Safeway Inc.
