Sean T. Torres is an Associate in Stein & Lubin’s Real Estate Practice Group.  He specializes in the areas of acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and development of commercial, residential and mixed use properties.

Mr. Torres has broad experience in real estate and land use transactions, including international real estate and finance transactions.  He has represented buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions of properties throughout California, developers in obtaining land use entitlements from state and local agencies, and lenders and borrowers in connection with cross-border financings.

Prior to joining Stein & Lubin, Mr. Torres was an Associate in the Real Estate group of Morrison & Foerster LLP in Tokyo, Japan, and the Real Estate, Land Use and Litigation Groups of Irell & Manella LLP in Los Angeles.
