Seagrumn L. Gilbert is an Associate in Stein & Lubin's Real Estate Practice Group. She specializes in commercial real estate transactions.

Ms. Gilbert represents clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including leases, sales and acquisitions, construction contracts and financings.  Her clients include office and retail owners and users in the technology, service and health industries, among others. Prior to joining Stein & Lubin, Ms. Gilbert was an Associate with Cooley LLP in San Francisco.
