Richard B. Caine is a Partner in Stein & Lubin’s Real Estate, Business and Finance and Workouts Practice Groups.  He specializes in real estate and commercial transactions, finance, and general business, corporate and partnership matters.

Mr. Caine's practice emphasizes the representation of buyers, sellers, investors and developers in a variety of areas, including business and real estate dispositions, acquisitions and other transactions; the formation and counseling of limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations; and the representation of financial institutions, private lenders and borrowers in the origination and workout of commercial and real estate loans and in commercial real estate leasing.

Mr. Caine is past Chair of the Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies Committee of the California State Bar Business Law Section and was the Reporter for that Committee's Report on Legal Opinions Concerning Limited Liability Companies. 

Prior to joining Stein & Lubin, Mr. Caine practiced with Landels, Ripley & Diamond in San Francisco.
