Jonathan A. Funk is Senior Counsel in Stein & Lubin’s Real Estate Practice Group. He specializes in office, industrial and retail leasing, purchase and sale transactions and counseling asset managers and property managers in day-to-day tenant and lease-related matters.
Mr. Funk represents real property owners and their investment advisors in connection with the acquisition, management and disposition of all forms of real estate, as well as lenders and borrowers in real estate financing transactions. He has represented pension funds, investment advisors, life insurance companies, financial institutions, utility companies, high-tech companies, property and asset management organizations, developers and others in the real estate industry throughout California and in other western states.
