Eugene Y. Chung is an Associate in Stein & Lubin’s Business Practice Group.  He specializes in the areas of corporate, limited liability company, partnership and general business law, with a focus on equity financings, mergers and acquisitions and other complex commercial transactions.  His experience encompasses a broad range of matters relating to business, finance and real estate.

Prior to joining Stein & Lubin, Mr. Chung practiced with Fenwick & West LLP in Mountain View and served as senior corporate counsel at SumTotal Systems, Inc.
