Catherine A. Jackson - Of Counsel
Catherine A. Jackson is Of Counsel in Stein & Lubin’s Litigation Practice Group. She specializes in business, unfair competition, securities, and contract litigation. Ms. Jackson has significant experience in a range of commercial litigation matters at the trial and appellate level in the California state and federal courts and in arbitration.
Prior to joining Stein & Lubin, Ms. Jackson was a Deputy Attorney General in the California Attorney General's Energy Task Force, where she investigated and litigated matters arising from the restructuring of California's energy markets and the 2000-2001 energy crisis. At the Attorney General's Office, Ms. Jackson prosecuted antitrust and unfair competition claims on behalf of the State and represented its energy agencies in a range of litigation and counseling matters relating to long-term energy contracts and regulatory issues. Ms. Jackson also previously practiced with Brobeck, Phleger, & Harrison LLP in San Francisco as a commercial litigation associate.
