Gilbert Garcia is a commercial real estate attorney with extensive experience in retail, office, and industrial leasing, real property management issues, and purchase and sale transactions.

With respect to retail and office leasing, Mr. Garcia has represented developers and landlords of a significant number of retail, office, and mixed-use projects, including many high profile redevelopment mixed-use projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a result, Mr. Garcia has successfully negotiated numerous lease transactions with many national retail tenants and many Fortune 500 office tenants.

Mr. Garcia also has extensive experience negotiating purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, lease listing agreements, construction agreements, and other related agreements.

Mr. Garcia graduated from the University of Hawaii in 1988 with a B.B.A. in finance, with highest honors. He received his J.D. degree from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkley in 1992, with a commendation for Excellence in Written Advocacy.
