Jon Pheils practices in the areas of real estate leasing, acquisition and disposition of real property and real estate finance transactions.
Mr. Pheils graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 1982, awarded High Honors with distinction, with a B.A. in English Literature, and received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law, in 1985 where he was a member of the law review and Order of the Coif. Before joining Stein & Lubin LLP, he had his own firm in San Rafael, California.
Mr. Pheils' practice emphasizes leasing transactions for a wide range of clients in all types of commercial properties. He also represents real property owners and developers with respect to the acquisition, management and disposition of properties, and real estate financing transactions. He has represented national and regional chain retailers, property owners and developers, financial institutions, high-tech companies, and other businesses in connection with their real estate activities and operations throughout California and across the nation.
