Eugene Y. Chung is a member of the firm's business department. He practices in the areas of corporate, limited liability company, partnership and general business law, with a focus on equity financings, mergers and acquisitions and other complex commercial transactions.  His experience encompasses a broad range of matters relating to business, finance and real estate.

Mr. Chung graduated from the John Hopkins University with a B.A. in International Relations, with honors, in 1995, and earned his law degree from the Northwestern University School of Law in 2000.  Mr. Chung was an associate in the corporate group at Fenwick & West LLP for six years, and prior to joining Stein & Lubin in 2008 served as senior corporate counsel at SumTotal Systems, Inc., a public software company.
