Jonathan Funk is a real estate attorney with a diverse general practice focusing on office, industrial and retail leasing, and purchase and sale transactions. Mr. Funk represents real property owners and their investment advisors in connection with the acquisition, management and disposition of all forms of real estate, as well as lenders and borrowers in real estate financing transactions. He has represented pension funds, investment advisors, life insurance companies, financial institutions, utility companies, high-tech companies, property and asset management organizations, developers and others in the real estate industry throughout California and in other western states. Mr. Funk graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University in 1979 with a B.A. in Sociology, where he was a Henry Rutgers Scholar and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1982.
