Paul Niewiadomski practices in the area of real estate and business transactions. His expertise includes acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, entity formation, development and construction. He has experience in a variety of property types including R&D, industrial, office, medical, hospitality, affordable housing, retail, restaurant, and mixed use projects.
Prior to joining Stein & Lubin, Mr. Niewiadomski was a business and real estate attorney with Skjerven Morrill MacPherson. He was also a Deputy County Counsel with the County of Santa Clara where he handled a number of public-private and public work projects. He has participated on the boards of several non-profit and civic organizations and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP (Silicon Valley Chapter). He has spoken at a number of seminars and conferences on real estate and business issues for the California County Counsels' Association, California Mortgage Association, and other organizations.
Mr. Niewiadomski earned his law degree from the University of Michigan in 1995, where he was a member of the executive editorial board for the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform. He graduated magna cum laude from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University in 1992 (B.B.A. Economics) and was named the Presidential Scholar of Economics. Representative Matters
