Eugene Chang practices in the area of commercial litigation. He has litigated in court and in arbitration a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including business torts, contracts, bankruptcy and real estate. Prior to joining Stein & Lubin, Mr. Chang was an associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in San Francisco and practiced as a commercial litigation associate at Marion's Inn law firm in Oakland.

Mr. Chang graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1996 with a B.A. in Economics. He earned his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2000.
